Grace grew up in Bloomington, Minnesota. She has always had a passion for holistic health, wellness, nutrition, education, and the body. Her hope for every individual is for them to be all that they are created to be- authentic, passionate, thriving, joyful, and ALIVE (body, mind, and spirit).

 

EDUCATION:

She received a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, with a minor in Business, from Iowa State University. She has been working as a Health and Wellness Coach at Noom Inc. since 2017, and became a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBCHWC) in 2018.

Grace was trained as a Birth Doula by a DONA accredited training program in 2018 and has had the privilege of being a part of many births since then.
