This is your journey. My goal as a Birth Doula is to be a helpful blessing to you and your partner. To support you, encourage you, empower you, and do everything I can to ensure the birth of your baby goes as best it can.
I am here to support you 100%. Whatever your needs are, whatever your wants are, I adapt to you and use my intuition to provide comfort and .
Offerings
Birth Doula
This includes a birth plan consultation, a birth positions run through, a Birth Doula being present for active labor, birth, and delivery. A post-partum check in is included as well.
$800
($400 before birth and $400 after)
Birth Partner Workshop:
Daddy Doula Class
UPDATE: Due to Covid, this class is now offered virtually with free refresher courses. Availability is flexible. Please contact me for more information!
This is a private class that will take place in your own home, just you, your birth partner and the doula teacher.
The goal of this class is to empower both the mama and the birth partner to feel confident in their ability to understand the birth process and react effectively from a place of knowledge and understanding.
Availability for this class is Saturday mornings. It will give your chosen birth partner the tools to be an equipped, active, and helpful partner during birth.
Among other things, you will both be educated on birth positions, counter pressure and knowledge of what indicating signals to look for during early labor and active labor.
This option is usually in place of the birth doula being at the birth.
