We don't encourage extreme exercise, extreme eating (e.g., cutting out specific food groups or nutrients), or any other kind of drastic, unsustainable change. We do not recommend specific diets, supplements, smoothies, or anything like that. We simply partner with you to help you reach YOUR health and wellness goals- whatever they may be.
